Preparations for Math and Literacy Night, Thursday, February 16 @ 6:00

It's time to finalize our plans to help with the Satanta Elementary Literacy and Math Night!

Karen, Leanne, Cathy, Nicole, Kelly, Tiffany, Carrie and Stacey (along with various teachers from the elementary schools) will be providing cookies. Please have your cookies at the cafeteria between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Ryan is making punch and will pick up Valentine's Day-themed table coverings, cups, napkins and other items needed for this project. He will shop at Dollar General on Wednesday after school in an effort to save money. (Can you say clearance?) He will gather the door prizes we purchased for this event as well as the non-fiction books we've purchased to donate to the elementary library on Thursday as well.

If you can help on Thursday, please give Ryan a call. Help will be needed between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
