Cupcakes for Coats

• Video Launch (or skit if time won't allow for a video project) of cupcake sales on Sunday, Oct. 2 (sales begin)
• Sales through Oct. 28 (sales end)
• Baking at Three Tiers Oct. 29 (time TBA)
• Delivery Oct. 30 after lunch in fellowship hall

• Coat applications will be distributed on Monday, Oct. 3 via the post office, grocery store, etc.
• Coat application deadline: Sunday, Oct. 30
• Coat delivery on Sunday, Nov. 20

Yearbook Parcel Post Auction

• Thursday, Nov. 10—Provide food for meal
• Ryan and Karen, Brent and Leanne, and Steve and Carrie are in.
• Suggested menu: Chili, cheese and crackers, relishes, and desserts (perhaps Leanne's taco soup for variety?) We'll provide beverages and paper goods as well.
• Suggested date to cook: Tuesday, November 8 (Nov. 9 is the UMW Bazaar.)

Christmas Angel Tree

• Wednesday, Nov. 9 launch @ UMW Bazaar
• Gifts purchased, placed in gift bags, and delivered to church by Sunday, Dec. 11
• Delivery to children (with Santa?) on December 14
